Ryan Searle is the Co-founder of Rock Ridge Companies, bringing more than a decade of commercial real estate experience to the company. Since beginning his career in 2014, Ryan has worked extensively with local and institutional property owners, developers, and businesses throughout Colorado and Texas, with a primary focus on industrial and commercial properties.
Through his real estate career, Ryan gained firsthand experience with the challenges owners and property managers face in maintaining commercial properties and coordinating reliable service providers. He founded Rock Ridge Companies to provide a more responsive, dependable, and professional solution for exterior property services.
Ryan grew up in Castle Rock, CO and is a graduate of Colorado State University.

Jessica Searle is a Co-founder at Rock Ridge Companies, bringing more than a decade of hands-on operational experience to the company. Jessica spent over 10 years in the used steel pipe business, developing a sharp eye for logistics, client relationships, and the demands of physically intensive, detail-driven work.
More recently, Jessica brought that same dedication to a Catholic school, supporting staff and students with reliability and care. That combination of industry experience and service-minded work ethic translates directly into her role at Rock Ridge, where dependability and attention to detail are essential every day.
Jessica grew up in Houston, TX and is a graduate of Texas State University.
